GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS:
To place your reservation, please forward a deposit as requested
on the itinerary. An additional secondary deposit may be due to
pay additional required payments to suppliers on your behalf. Final
payment of the balance of the package cost is due by check 45 days
prior to the scheduled start date, or upon receipt of invoice, whichever
comes first. If any payment is not received on or before the date
due, we may cancel your reservation at any time thereafter, prior
to receipt of the payment, by written notice to you. Deposit may
be made by check or credit card, but intermediate deposits and final
balances must be paid by check. Payment of balances by credit cards
may result in supplemental fees. RATES AND FARES: All rates and
fares that make up the tour cost are subject to change at any time,
and from time to time, prior to departure, due to exchange rate
fluctuations and tour ingredient changes. All rates and fares are
based on foreign exchange rates that we believe will be in effect
at the time of travel, and may change due to rate fluctuations.
Your package price will adjust as exchange rates change. CANCELLATIONS
AND REFUND POLICY: A tour participant may cancel his/her reservation
at any time for any reason, subject to our refund policy described
below. A tour participant may cancel a reservation only by sending
an unconditional written notice to us or faxed to the number above.
Similarly, we reserve the right to cancel a tour at any time prior
to departure for any reason. If a tour participant cancels a reservation
more than 60 days prior to the scheduled departure date we will
refund all deposits and payments by the participant for the tour,
less an administrative fee of $500. If a tour participant cancels
a reservation more than 30, but less than 60, days prior to the
scheduled departure date, we will refund all deposits and payments
made by the participant for the tour, less 25% of the tour cost.
If a tour participant cancels a reservation more than 14, but less
than 30, days prior to the scheduled departure date, we will refund
all deposits and payments made by the participant for the tour,
less 50% of the tour cost. If a tour participant cancels a reservation
less 14 days prior to the scheduled departure date, we will not
refund all or any portion of any deposits and payments made by the
participant for the tour, but will retain all such deposits and
payments. In addition to the amounts retained by us as provided
above, we will retain and withhold from the deposits and payments
made by the participant for the tour any other non- refundable payments
or cancellation charges, including any deposits that we forwarded
to suppliers (e.g., golf courses, transportation, hotels or similar)
on behalf of the participant. There will be no refunds for any absence
from all or any portion of the tour once it commences, that is for
such things as missed meals, golf, sightseeing or any other activities
in the tour; however, we reserve the right to cancel any individual's
participation in a tour, or any part thereof, for any reason whereupon
we will refund to the individual whose participation it has cancelled
a proportionate share of the tour cost (excluding airfare) attributable
to the unused portion of the tour. We highly recommend that each
tour participant obtain trip cancellation, emergency evacuation,
health and baggage insurance(s). Insurance information is readily
available from us. However, the trip cancellation fees set forth
above will apply and be retained by us irrespective of whether a
tour participant obtains any such insurance. CONDITIONS: Participants
are required to possess a valid passport for international travel
and carry a valid handicap card to all golf courses. Reasonable
changes in the itinerary may be made where deemed advisable for
the comfort and well being of the passengers, or changes as a result
of unexpected conflicts not indicated in our itinerary. We reserve
the right to make tour alterations as it deems necessary or desirable.
All golf courses, transportation and accommodations are subject
to availability and if unavailable, may be changed in sequence to
accommodate or will be substituted with a facility of similar value.
Regarding its agreements with suppliers and contractors, we may
advance, cancel or delay tours or packages in the event of act of
God, strike, lockout, stoppage of labor, riot, terrorism, or for
any and all reasons, and may, but is not obliged to, substitute
or provide alternative arrangements. We are not responsible for
personal injury, accident, or illness; or for loss, damage or theft
of personal belongings. RESPONSIBILITY: Individual participants
acknowledge that we act only as the agent for the actual suppliers
of travel related services, golf and accommodations. We assume no
responsibility for, and participant hereby releases us from any
claim or cause of action due to theft, vandalism, fire, water, terrorism,
loss, expense, death, injury or any damage that participant may
incur relating to the failure by any third party (such as an airline,
hotel, transportation service or golf course) to perform its obligation,
whether negligent or intentional, or to provide goods, accommodations
or services; the negligence or willful misconduct of any third party
in connection with the performance of its obligation to provide
goods, accommodations or services; or any act of God, civil disturbance,
conflict, strike, theft, governmental action or any other event
or action not within the control of us. CHANGES: An administrative
fee of $100 per change will be charged for any changes requested
by client or travel agent after deposit has been received and confirmation
issued. Final tour documents and vouchers will be mailed 21-14 days
prior to departure, and in the case of late bookings, expedited
or early requests for tour documentation, the administration fee
or an express delivery fee will be charged. VEHICLE RENTALS: A credit
card may be imprinted at vehicle pickup location to guarantee against
damage and theft, insurances, or for second driver charges. Vehicle
types are subject to change based on availability. Personal accident
insurance may incur a supplementary charge. AIRLINE CLAUSE: The
passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued,
shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and passengers.
Airline arrangements are not part of any our packages and are entirely
separate. Upon a tour participants payment of the tour deposit,
the tour participant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the
terms and conditions set forth above.
